Baby Room

Welcome to the Baby Room, where we like to create a warm, caring, home from home feeling for babies 3-18 months.

All staff are well qualified and have good experience of working with children. The room is set out for the needs of the babies, it is bright and cosy and decorated with all their fantastic artwork.

We cater for all stages of baby's development with a range of different toys and play equipment that will create an inspiring sensory experience to aid the development of your child. Activities are planned so that there is a wide variety following a different theme every month.

The babies are allocated "Key Workers" who keep you informed of your child's nursery day, so that you don't miss out on anything!, These members of staff will carry out regular observations that cover all areas of learning, recording special milestone moments and creating something for you to keep and look back over your child's time at nursery.

We like keeping busy whether it's playing with something messy inside or going out for walks in the sunshine to have a picnic.

The babies go out for walks to the local area and on outings to local attractions, they are given opportunities for messy play activities such as sand and water, and craft activities. Babies learn through gaining first hand experiences, and are given plenty of opportunities to explore and discover new things.

And when we are all tired out there is a cosy sleep room to have a nap.
