Staff Babinogion yw un o'n caffaeliaid mwyaf. Rydyn ni wedi dewis pob aelod o staff yn ofalus, ar sail eu personoliaeth yn ogystal â'u proffesiynoldeb. Mae ein staff yn ymroddedig iawn, ac mae hyn yn cael ei adlewyrchu yn y sicrwydd a'r gofal o safon uchel a roddir i bob plentyn.
Mae gan y rhan fwyaf o'n staff gymwysterau sy'n cael eu cydnabod mewn gofal plant, ac maen nhw'n cael eu hannog i ddatblygu eu sgiliau personol ymhellach, ar lefel academaidd ac ymarferol.
Ar y cyd â'm tîm rheoli, rwy'n gwneud yn siŵr bod yr holl raglenni gweithgareddau a datblygu'n cael eu hadolygu a bod y feithrinfa'n cael ei rhedeg yn hwylus. Mae goruchwylwyr, sy'n gyfrifol am y staff a'r plant yn eu gofal, yn ben ar bob grŵp blwyddyn o fewn ein strwythur.
